As part of the ongoing efforts to improve communication with the Consul General, strengthen the handling of the concerns of members of our community, and address any issues they may encounter in dealing with the consular services, as well as to identify potential shortcomings and work towards improving the efficiency and performance of its staff,

our services are pleased to introduce a new facility at the premises of the Consulate General of Algeria in London. This facility consists of feedback and concerns forms, together with a transparent, securely closed box dedicated to this purpose, located at the entrance to the consulate lobby.

This initiative aims to enable you to communicate your views, comments and concerns directly to the Consul General. The box will be opened exclusively by the Consul General, who will personally review the contents of the forms and take note of the opinions and concerns expressed therein.
