Statement to members of the Algerian community residing in the United Kingdom

In implementation of the measures announced in the speech of the Consul General of Algeria to the national community residing in the United Kingdom, and in line with the new approach aimed at strengthening direct communication with members of our community, listening to their concerns, and working to develop communication mechanisms and consular services in a way that ensures greater proximity, efficiency and responsiveness.

In our commitment to ensuring that the Head of the Consular Post remains close to members of the community, the following email address has been designated for direct communication with the Consul General: cg.info@algerian-consulate. org.uk

This email address is intended for matters and cases that genuinely require the intervention of the Head of the Consular Post, particularly special or exceptional cases, or matters that fall outside the scope of routine consular and administrative procedures.

We would like to emphasise that this arrangement is not intended in any way to restrict communication with the Head of the Consular Post. Rather, its purpose is to facilitate and ensure that each citizen is directed to the appropriate department according to their request, thereby enabling their matter to be dealt with more efficiently and promptly.

For routine matters relating to consular services, as well as enquiries of an administrative nature, we kindly ask you to address your correspondence directly to the relevant department, according to the nature of your request.
